For most people, our prefabricated options deliver great comfort and stability right out of the box. For those with more complex biomechanics or uneven alignment, our fully custom orthotics offer precise correction tailored to each foot.

The NEUROMA INSOLE features a teardrop-shaped pad positioned on the superior distal surface of the orthotic frame. The pad begins beneath the midshaft of the 3rd metatarsal and extends medially and laterally to support the shafts of the 2nd and 4th metatarsals. It terminates just proximal to the metatarsal heads, helping to offload pressure, relieve forefoot pain, and support soft tissue structures such as the plantar plate and intermetatarsal bursa.
